"Fish family business continues to thrive" — the Western Advocate (Bathurst NSW), story 913813 — the firm's succession told by the town's own paper: George Fish's foundry in Russell Street from 1860, melting steel for H.V. McKay and Edgells and coach-building for Cobb & Co; George d. 1901; Joseph takes over; George Frederick ("Fred") succeeds him in 1925 employing 125 men; Terry Fish and his brother John take over in 1960; Terry and his sons Kent and Warwick assume control in 1980. The first source in this record for House Fish's WORK that is not the family's own compiled page.
